Luca Bar is the head designer at BAR Design, he is well known for producing stunning and unique motorcycle designs, largely based on pre-existing models from various manufacturers. His work with the V7 Moto Guzzi is greatly appealing to me, it seems to blend just the right amount of retro with more than enough modern engineering to keep even hard core super bike fiends happy.
This remarkable custom Ducati was built by German garage JvB Moto, it initially started life as a 1:12 scale model and was entered into the ”Design your Dream Ducati” contest organised by Ducati in 2004. The design, called “Flat Red” went on to win the competition and was then built full scale by JvB Moto.
This photograph really puts the size of the Saturn 5 rocket engines into perspective. They were utterly, ridiculously large. That relaxed looking chap is Wernher von Braun, the greatest rocket scientist in human history.
We’ve been in touch with Walt and he agreed to give us an exclusive look inside his workshop, so we can all see the process of taking a Ducati 900SS and turning into what you see above and below.

This unique, compressed natural gas roadster was designed and built by motorcycle designer JT Nesbitt (you may be familiar with his bikes over at Confederate) in New Orleans, development started in 2008 with the hand-built Magnolia Special rolling out of the showroom last month.
Wonder Bikes is run by Jason Wonder in Wichita Falls, Texas, the small but influential garage has turned out some serious head turners over the past few years with this Bobber being my personal favourite.
Vitesse Moto are a unique motorcycle footwear company, they specialise in low volume high-quality footwear for motorcyclists who want to look good on and off the bike.
This stunning buggy is, very sadly, not real. I was crushingly disappointed although I should probably have realised that a turbine powered desert buggy would probably be illegal in every country except Somalia. I had initially thought it might be a modern reinterpretation of Steve McQueen’s famous Baja Boot buggy.
This remarkable and vividly detailed motorcycle is built from recycled materials, mostly spare parts from cars, motorcycles and bicycles at the Ko Art Shop in Bangkok.
Edwin is a clothing label favoured by many motorcycle aficionados, especially those in the custom-but-not-a-chopper scene. This film was produced in conjunction with Blitz Motorcycles out of France and features some of Blitz’s bikes…
