It’s not everyday you get to buy 2/3rds of the Batcave in one fell swoop. These two immaculate Batmobiles are heading to the auction block on the 1st of December this year with an estimated cost of $125,000 – $175,000 USD, which is less than a new Ferrari 458 Italia and an order of magnitude cooler.

This American LeFrance Speedster is a V12 custom built steam punk-esque monster with a 200hp engine, a chassis from a 1923 American LeFrance and so much attention to detail I’m convinced that it was built by a man with clinical OCD.

The 1958 Lincoln Continental Mark III Convertible is one of those cars that I can’t help but love, it’s widely regarded as the largest unibody car ever made and at 229 inches (5,817 mm) long and 80.1 inches (2,035 mm) wide, it’s hard to imagine anyone making anything bigger (other than a Lexington class aircraft carrier).

What Is A Silodrome?

The traditional “Silodrome” was a carnival sideshow attraction also called the “Wall of Death." You may have seen them at county fairs – the vertical velodromes were originally built from old grain silos, leading to the name "silo-drome."
