Simply Cut Art specialises in creating 3D laser cut wall art, and much of it has a decidedly automotive angle – which is why this is the second time we’re featuring their work.
Each piece by Simply Cut Art is designed by husband and wife team Jeff and Liza, they’re based in Valencia on the Mediterranean coast of Spain and over the years they’ve shipped their art to countless countries and every continent (barring Antarctica).
Each pice starts with a 2D drawing which is then modified to accomodate laser cut wooden sections. They have their own laser cutter and they’re both graphic designers, so the art you’ll be getting is entirely developed in-house.
Each piece starts with a piece of art paper that then has a piece of laser cut wood added to it to give it a third dimension. You can choose from cars, motorcycles, planes, maps, and patents – Jeff and Liza are also happy to take commissions for bespoke work.
