The Readyman Wilderness Survival Card 2.0 is the second edition of the credit card sized stainless steel tool kit that’s designed to slip into your wallet, glovebox, pannier, or backpack – just in case you need it.
If required, the card can be removed from your wallet and disassembled. Once you’ve finished, you’ll find you have 4 single fish hooks, 5 double fish hooks, 4 snare locks, 5 arrows, 2 sewing needles, 1 awl (a needle used for piecing holes in leather and thick materials), 3 saw blades, and tweezers.
The total weight of the Wilderness Survival Card is 12 grams (0.42 oz), and it fits in your wallet card slot, or into an Altoid Tin survival kit.
Readyman also make a series of other cards, including an EVAC Card, a Medical Card, and a Hostage Escape Card. All are made from stainless steel, and they’re all designed to be tucked away for use in survival situations.
