This is the new Nexx X.G100 Score helmet, the team at Nexx explain that it was developed to blend the styling of the 1950s and 1960s with cutting edge technology – giving riders the best of both worlds.
The Nexx X.G100 helmet series has comes in two shell sizes to ensure an accurate fit and avoid the bobblehead look. The shell itself is made from a proprietary X-Matrix blend of 3D organic fibres, biaxial fiberglass twile, fibreglass, and organic fibres.
The helmet is fitted with an impact absorbing EPS liner, a removable and washable anti-sweat and anti-allergic fabric inner lining, as well as removable and washable cheek pads and a chin ventilation vent to ensure you have cooling air passing over your face.
The closure is the industry standard double-D ring and the helmet is certified to the ECE 22-05, DOT, and NBR-7471:2001 safety standards covering Europe, the USA, and Brazil respectively – including the other countries around the world that accept these standards for use on their roads.
The team at Nexx released the X.G100 series of helmets a few years ago and they’ve quickly become favourites with the vintage and modern classic motorcycle community due to their blend of classic styling with modern safety.
All Nexx helmets are made in Europe to ensure quality remains high and consistent, and the X.G100 tips the scales at 1350 grams (+/- 50 grams) and it comes in sizes ranging from XS to XXL.
