The new Castel Helmet by Ruby is one of the most beautiful 3 dimensional objects we’ve featured in some time here on Silodrome. Each helmet is made from carbon fibre and is lined with top-grain Nappa lamb leather, they’re certified DOT in the USA and ECE 22.05 for the EU and come with optional, snap-on visors.
The Castel was designed by Jerôme Coste specifically to be worn with sunglasses or goggles, hence the lack of a built in visor. The helmets weigh in at between 910G to 1450G depending on the size you choose and the cost is €900 apiece.
