Kangaroo leather is highly prized around the world for its incredible hardiness, it’s lighter and stronger than either cow or goat leather, it has 10x the tensile strength of cowhide and is 50% stronger than goatskin.
Tailfeather Goods make each wallet by hand using traditional techniques, including leather edges that are burnished by hand with natural beeswax, then hand-sewn with long-lasting, waxed polyester thread. Each wallet is made from premium vegetable-tanned kangaroo leather with an oil finish that will acquire a personal patina over time, it can accommodate up to 12 cards, and a healthy number of regular bank bills.
