This is Phill Hill drifting his Ferrari 246 around the impossibly tight Monaco street circuit with Bruce Maclaren in hot pursuit in his Cooper T53. This was the 1960 Grand Prix, MacLaren managed to overtake Hill to take second place with Stirling Moss taking the race win.
