This rather handsome .50 caliber cartridge has been carefully converted into a bottle opener, the powder and primer have been removed (thankfully) but the full metal jacket bullet and brass casing remain with a slight modification to allow it to pop bottle caps. The charity Bullets2Bandages sells the bottle opener with a series of other, similar ex-military items and they donate 15% of all revenue to vitally important veteran’s charities in the USA.
The .50 caliber bottle opener sells for just $19.99 apiece and their handmade in the United States, if you’d like to grab one for those summer BBQs, click the link here.
