The Chapter Jacket by Icon 1000 is sitting at the top of our totally imaginary list of the best looking, armoured motorcycle attire. The Chapter comes fitted with D3O® CE approved impact armour in the shoulders, elbows, and has a CE approved back-armour plate.
Interestingly the D3O® armour is malleable and flexible during regular use and only hardens on impact, this makes it ideal for implementation in places where movement can’t be limited – like the elbow and shoulder areas.
Each of the Chapter Jackets are made from fine-grain Brazilian leather, they’re fitted with oversized YKK® zippers, with a tactical black oxide finish and for winter riding they come fitted with a removable vest liner.
